We represent Florida medical marijuana treatment center licensees in regulatory compliance and enforcement matters before the Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Our practice covers facility design and approvals, cultivation operations, manufacturing protocols, packaging, labeling, and dispensary device requirements, dispensing procedures, and advertising compliance. We work with clients to develop a proactive regulatory strategy, whether it be variance requests to approve new activities to the Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use, or defending licensees facing notices of violation, administrative complaints, and enforcement actions. We also handle nursery permit and food establishment permit applications for cannabis operators before FDACS.
